Gina Overton

Originally from New England, the surf and warm weather brought me to beautiful Oahu, also known as "The Gathering Place" in 1988. With its diverse culture and friendly atmosphere it wasn't hard to remain in this unique wonderful place I now call home!

Born in Massachusetts I have pursued my love for Art since adolescence and was fortunate to attend a High School with a very extensive and supportive Art Department. I continued studying Art obtaining a Visual Arts Degree. I furthered my studies in Graphic Design, Painting, Photography, Business Management, and Early Childhood/Psychology education.

Upon moving to Hawaii I established my own business "Gina Overton Designs" designing logos, brochures, and other print advertising.

Living in Hawaii and being surrounded by all of its' natural beauty, inspired me to paint again and Gina Overton Designs soon included a hand-painted clothing line "Designs by GiGi", commissioned Acrylic Paintings and Floor Cloths.

Enter my interest in the real estate world!

After purchasing, building, and selling many of my own homes, I decided to help others do the same. I am currently and have been a licensed Realtor in the state of Hawaii since 2001. Also an HSR Certified Home Stager and Redesigner, I can help you prepare your home for sale! My art background has proven very valuable in staging and my own paintings are often used as the home's art.
